Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr (MBE) is an Irish singer, songwriter as well as a musician and actor. Corr together with Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is part of The Corrs. Her most well-known role is the lead singer of The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk band The Corrs. She sings and plays several instruments in The Corrs. Debuting as an actor in the year 1991, Andrea later emerged as an accomplished musician as well as a actor on stage. She sang in the playback of Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. With six studio albums two compilation albums and two live albums as well as a remix album to her credit Andrea is well-known as an artist with a variety of talents. Her work was recognized with a grant from the charity. Andrea is married and has two children to her stockbroker. Andrea began her lessons in music by learning to play the tin whistle. Gerry introduced her to playing piano. Andrea is able to play the Ukulele. In her teens, she spent time learning to play the instrument. She sang in the choir with her sisters and became the leader of the band after a lot of practice. Andrea took part in numerous plays at the Dun Lughaidh Convent.
