Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr (MBE) is an Irish musician, singer as well as a musician and actor. Corr together her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, first made their appearance as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. She was awarded her Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award in 2005 and is well known as an integral part of The Corrs, a Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs. The lead singer and multi-instrumentalist of The Corrs, Andrea is the group's leader. Andrea, who made her debut as an acting in 1991, then grew into a musical talent and stage artist. She was an accompanying singer in the 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is the owner of six studios albums to her name, along with two compilation albums, four live albums and an album of mix. The charitable work she has done has also been recognized. Andrea is married with two children to her stockbroker. Andrea began learning music by playing the tinny. Gerry taught her how to play piano. Andrea is able to play the Ukulele. In her teens, she was improving her musicianship skills. She spent her teenage years developing her musical talents. Andrea studied at 'Dun Lughaidh Convent which is where she participated frequently in school-related performances.
